After wearing them to work the bottoms were soiled and I found that they were slipping off my feet causing blisters. Because I go up and down stairs frequently I was afraid of falling, so I put cotton in the toes. It was uncomfortable but it worked. When Zappos ask for a review I told them exactly what was happening. I did not ask for compensation because it was completely my fault. They sent me a new pair of shoes only 1/2 size smaller. That is great public relations. I will order again from Zappos. "
