"I have never written to a company in praise before, but this is a well-deserved comment! I never in my life experienced such pleasure in shoe-shopping! For a woman, I have large feet (size 11!), and going to shoe stores is not fun which is really torture for a shoe-addict! I would have to trek into Manhattan to find trendy shoes in my size, or order on line and pay a bundle in shipping because I would have to order more than one pair for try-ons and then pay for the returns. I haven't stepped foot (pardon the pun) into a shoe store since I found Zappos. I narrow my search extensively and I purchase the ones I like knowing that they will literally arrive the NEXT DAY, which in itself is AMAZING!
