"I had to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the wonderful customer service that I have received from your company. I have to admit that I recently made a purchase from another website for a pair of shoes that you did not carry in my husband’s size, and comparatively, you were galaxies ahead of their service. We will only order through your site due to their incompetence! We ordered a pair of shoes from their free shipping Dec. 12 and didn't get them until Dec. 29. Then, they had to be returned because they were too small. They wouldn't put in for another pair to be shipped until they received the original pair (billing again and crediting my card apparently wasn't an option). So, we are now not getting the shoe until 1/12/09! We had a similar situation with your wonderful company, however, when we had to return our shoes, we didn't put the order in until 6pm and the replacement shoes were on my door step the following afternoon! For that we were grateful! Also, when I needed to contact your company via phone, I was not on hold and the representative was very cordial and professional. When I had to call the other website, I was literally on hold for 15 min before any rep came on the phone.
