"Thanks! I have received all of my orders. Your customer service has been great, and very much appreciated, as I am preparing for a 12-night Mediterranean cruise on August 17th. This has been somewhat of a major production. It was basically last minute and I decided to treat both my aunts (my deceased Dad's sisters), on a well deserved and needed holiday. It has really been crazy, what with getting last minute passports for them, shopping, etc. I am a full-time graduate student working on my Master's in Professional Counseling, and long overdue for time off. Because of the various formal dinners aboard ship, I had to do some major shopping. As a college student, also doing a practicum (internship), my wardrobe did not consist of evening gowns/dresses, dress shoes, etc. Also, I am a service-connected disabled Army Veteran, with physical disabilities of both upper and lower extremities (swelling of arms/hands and legs/feet). It is safe to say that your establishment and its Customer Service Representatives have made my shopping experience a great deal easier than would be in a shopping mall. Because of my physical disabilities, shoe sales clerks tend to be young, ignorant and very rude toward people with disabilities. I was so pleased to find "special" sizes for formal shoe ware on your site. Thanks again! "
