"WOW!? I just had the best customer service experience of my life, I think!? (And I will write a review on your website if that is possible.) I ordered a pair of Ugg boots (very last minute) for a ski trip I am leaving for on 2/25. I ordered them late Saturday night (2/21) and had them entered for 2-day shipment. Upon realizing that even 2-day shipment would not get them here by my departure time on Wednesday, I sent an email to your customer service department asking for overnight shipment and telling them to go ahead and charge my credit card the additional amount to cover shipping costs. Imagine my shock when I received an email back saying that not only would my boots arrive on Tuesday 2/24, but I was not going to be charged anything extra for overnight delivery AND my original shipping charge for 2-day delivery was being credited back to my account! I was even more surprised to see that the boots DID arrive on Tuesday, fit beautifully, and are exactly what I needed. This was my first Zappos experience but it will certainly not be my last due to this exemplary example of customer service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! A very satisfied customer : ) "
