Over the years you have continued to provide the most outstanding services be it in placing an order, returning an order or in one instance locating an order that somehow got mixed up with another's while being packed at the your warehouse and was shipped mistakenly to New York; the woman got the birthday gift I had intended for my daughter, and I got hers--we had two very distinct tastes! The Customer Loyalty Team manager at the time could not have been any nicer nor more sympathetic as it was the last and only bag.
