"Oftentimes in Customer Service you only hear the complaints and never the compliments. Let me share with you a little story. I have always used Zappos as my source for shoes online and someone had mentioned a rival (they wish) company. I placed the order last week Sunday, which at this point is 9 days ago… the order has still not shipped. Needless to say, I canceled the order and placed it with Zappos and it was a breeze. I will never make the mistake of ordering elsewhere ever again. Zappos I am your customer for life now. I promise."
