"To Whom It May Concern: I just had to send you an e-mail to tell you what an amazing company Zappos.com is! I ordered a pair of shoes last night and they were here this afternoon! I don't know how you do it. Even with overnight shipping (which was free, which in and of itself is fantastic) these shoes should not have arrived until tomorrow because I ordered late in the day, but they came today! I ordered them to wear for my honeymoon and my wedding is Saturday so I was hoping against hope I would have them in time. I can’t believe I got them already!!! Also, I ordered on-line and there was a problem because I received an e-mail confirmation that was blank...no order number, etc, so I called and the woman on the phone was so great. (I wish I wrote down her name but I didn't.) She tried very hard to figure out what the problem was and with some detective work, she found out that the system had a problem and talked to her supervisor who sent me a coupon off my next order for my trouble. For the record, if that is the worst trouble I will have with your company, I will be a customer for life. I am so very impressed. Your company puts the "customer" back in the term customer service. Please pass along my kudos for a job well done and know that I will spread the word to everyone about you. Thanks again for the least stressful transaction for this whole wedding (which had me dealing with a ton of vendors). I love Zappos! Sincerely, "
