I have been in retail/business management and a business owner for over 30 years. Here is what happened with your company and ME. I ordered my boots on Tuesday morning. I was away all day Tuesday and didn't return till Wednesday afternoon. I found a box on my front porch. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. There was a box from Zappos! My order arrived in less than 24 hours! Now I was like a kid on Christmas morning. My boots were exactly as I ordered. The size and style fit perfect. A nice personalized letter from Zappos thanking me and telling me who packed my order. This is HOW it's supposed to be done! You folks are the best. I am always a shopper, BUT Zappos has me for a loyal customer. You will now receive the best advertising of all and that is my WORD OF MOUTH! I wish to extend my thanks to all of you at Zappos and wish you the best of holiday seasons! "
