"All I have to say is "WOW!" I have ordered a bunch of times from Zappos.com, and you all never cease to amaze me. The service is fantastic, and so fast, it is not even worth trying to go to a store to make a purchase, Zappos gets it here more quickly!! My son was dying to get a Crocs backpack for school, and when I told him on Monday night that I would check at the store on Tuesday he said "great." Of course, Dick's, etc. did not have them in stock, so I figured I would have to order online and listen to him cry for a week. I saw that Zappos had the Crocs backpack in stock, and ordered at 7:30 pm Tuesday night. The next morning, Wednesday, right before lunch, the backpack arrived!! I could not have gotten it into my son's hands any faster even if I had bought it in a brick-and-mortar store that day, since he would have had to wait until I had returned home from work that evening! Two thumbs up once again to Zappos!! Thanks, "
