In fact, 2 of my brothers are now satisfied "ZAPPOS" customers after witnessing the extra special treatment I received several months ago from one of your kind employees. Sadly, my Mom passed away, and I needed decent black shoes for her services, but couldn't face shopping out in the stores. So of course I turned to "ZAPPOS", I realized after I sent my on-line order that it could take 4-5 days for the shoes... and I needed them sooner. When I called the company, the person who picked up the phone not only got the shoes to me immediately, but also sent lovely flowers and a sweet card from all of you to my family.
