"Unbelievable customer service - The Ugg boots are great. My daughter was thrilled to get them after Christmas. After searching EVERYWHERE for them, a very kind Zappos customer rep helped us. We were told that they were sold out until March like everywhere else, and it was suggested that we put our name on the email notification list. I did so, and went to take a shower. Within 2 min. later, the rep called me back at home and told me that when she entered our name on the list, a pair in my daughter's size had just been entered on the returned inventory. She had the pair shipped out to us and it arrived in 24 hours. I have never been so impressed with the service or shipping with an online company. The employee really went the extra mile. We love Zappos and will be back to buy more! "
