"I just want to say this was my first purchase from Zappos and I am so ecstatic! I called customer service because I mis-typed the zip code on the shipping address incorrectly. The lady who helped me, and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, saw my note and saw that it was a belated gift and she upgraded my shipping to overnight. My little sister was waiting for those boots for months now and I can't tell you how happy it made her to get them so soon after I literally just told her I had bought them for her. I can't tell you how happy that small act of kindness made me and my sister receiving the purchase and I just wanted to let Zappos know what a phenomenal customer service they have, one that I have never experienced online shopping. And the no charge return fee really eases my nerves for online shopping and I will most definitely be purchasing more in the future. Thank you kindly, "
