"I just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding customer service on the order I just received. I placed the order online at approximately 8PM EDT and received my shoes this afternoon at 1:30 EDT. I was notified last evening that my order had been upgraded to next day air delivery at no additional charge just for being a customer. Service like that is practically unheard of today and I just wanted to say how very much it is appreciated. It was a very welcome surprise and really makes the consumer feel like they are valued and not taken for granted. Thank you again, "
