"Dear Zappos Customer Service, Though I haven't the time to fill out the shoe reviews for Zappos, I did want to let you know that I tell everyone I know that they should use Zappos to buy shoes (and I live in Manhattan, a retail mecca). In addition to an excellent, broad selection, you also have great customer service from all my experience with you, and in fact the order below is for a friend who lives in Germany who will be coming to town on Thursday. I told her about the service, went on myself and made a selection for her to look at through the 'my favorites' part of the website, then she looked and told me what she wanted, and hopefully she will be able to find a pair from the selection that I ordered for her. Even if we fail in this particular endeavor, at the very least she was extremely impressed, and will consider using you again in the future. She is a size 11 (actually anywhere between a 10.5 and 12 depending upon the shoe), has a very hard time finding shoes, and was excited that before trying to run from store to store in Manhattan, that she would have a head start with the Zappos order.
