"Greetings, This is my first time ordering from Zappos.com after months of perusing the site. I must say that this will probably be just another testimonial added to the plethora of positive testimonials you accumulated. It has truly been an eye opening experience for me. This is what shopping online should be about and a lot of companies should use you as a model in how to make online shopping enjoyable and easy. I ordered my shoes on Tuesday and had them in my hands on Wednesday. They were too small and needed to be returned. The replacement pair is now in my hands again and it is Thursday the same week. Kudos to all, including customer service who helped me out along the way. Keep it going. You're doing it right. Word travels fast and I cannot stop talking about this great experience (be it the products offered or customer service) to my colleagues. Wow! Thanks! Now back to shopping... "
