"This is my second time purchasing Ugg boots from Zappos. Both times, I was unable to find the boots in stores, but found them on Zappos.com at a great price and in my size! When I made my most recent purchase, I made a mistake at checkout and forgot to select 2-Day Shipping (I needed them for vacation!). I called customer service and was upgraded to Overnight Shipping with no problem AND for FREE!!! Now that's what I call customer service!
