"I placed an order on 12/26/07 by internet and on the shipping label I inadvertently typed the wrong zip code. After realizing my mistake, I called the toll free number and after listening to the very humorous greeting, I got the most pleasant customer service agent. I gave her the correct zip code for the shipping label, she made the correction and told me the order would be delivered the next day. I doubted this very seriously, but sure enough - when I tracked the order, it was indeed delivered at 10:30 on 12/27/07. The driver delivered the package to the front door, which was very much appreciated by my 88 year old father. The order was for a pair of Hush Puppy shoes and they fit Dad perfectly. What a wonderful experience shopping with Zappos. Thank you so much and Happy New Year. "
