Last week, I had errands to do at the mall, and since my son's graduation is coming up, I thought I would go into a department store to look for shoes. But then I thought of Zappos and the truly wonderful experience I have consistently had in searching for and purchasing shoes for my whole family. So while walking to the store, I stopped halfway there, turned, and went out to the car and drove home. I then sat down at my computer and found exactly what I was looking for my two sons.
