No one else even comes close to you. Not by a long shot. Amazon Prime starts to approach you guys but they are still behind you by quite a bit AND I have a pay a yearly fee for that service. Not so w/ Zappos of course! So this is just a thanks. I am always telling people about you!! Especially people with hard-to-fit people like me (women's size 12W in my case). You guys are the BEST! Like in this case, when I ordered this bag from you last night - - - I had a need for a particular type of bag and did look at other websites besides you. I was tempted by some similar bags on other sites. Seriously tempted in some cases where they had promotional discounts (20%) that would have gotten me a comparable product at cheaper price (and yes they had free shipping)... BUT I came back to you in the end because I knew I could count on the quality of what you 'd send me, I knew you would send it fast, I knew if I did have to return it would be absolutely no hassle. And most of all I wanted to show you my loyalty. Because, even though I order a lot from you and I do keep as many shoes as do work out for me or my family, I do end up having to send back lots of shoes that don't fit. And I want you to know I appreciate that I can do that. And I am pleased w/ everything from you that I've been able to keep. I intend to continue being a regular customer for a very long time! ...
