"I was so thrilled with my order from this last Sunday that I emailed 15 to 20 friends and family members and told them about you! This is a little of what I said in the email: “This past Sunday, I'm looking at their "running shoes," I'm viewing 99 thumbnail images per page, and there are 9 pages: Just the running shoes!!! For the shoes I looked at, I could view a larger image, and then view images from EVERY angle of the shoe. So at 7:30 pm, I ordered one pair of Avia running shoes. I check the other prices on the internet and Zappos is right there with everybody else in price with no inflated prices that I can see. I receive an email at 9:30, 2 hours later, ON A SUNDAY, saying that my order is ready to ship. At 11:30, same Sunday, 4 hours later, I receive an email with UPS tracking number and info that my order has been handed off to UPS. I received the shoes today, Tuesday, and I didn't pay a thing for the overnight shipping. I opened the shipping box, my shoes are in their Avia box and it looks clean enough and undamaged enough to have just rolled off the assembly line. The tissue paper inside that the shoes are wrapped in... looks like it was ironed. The shoes fit perfectly and look so brand new that I think they're still a little warm from the equipment at the Avia factory. I can't express how in awe I am over the quality of service I just experienced... I would give them a try unless you really enjoy fighting those crowds and paying those wonderful fuel bills!” "
