"I wanted to offer another customer testimonial. I am not tech savvy enough to post a video blog or whatever, so here is just an old fashioned thank you! My mom (Linda) loves Zappos. She shops with you all the time, and frequently sends my daughters shoes. About a month ago I received a pair of cleats for my oldest daughter’s first soccer season. She tried them on and said they were tight, but what do I know about how soccer cleats should fit so I told her they were supposed to. We put the shoes aside to wait for the season to start and got rid of all the packing material and invoice including the shoebox. Yesterday her coach called to say that their first practice is today. In our excitement I asked my daughter to try on her shoes again with her shin guards, she said they were "squeezing her toes". Uh oh I thought, so I called Zappos to see what to do. When I explained the whole story to the customer service rep, she didn't say "to much information thanks", but the total opposite! She explained that she had played soccer as a kid and went online to pick out another pair she thought would fit better! Then much to my surprise she said they would ship in time for Bethany's practice today! I couldn't believe how helpful she was, she not only picked out a new pair, had them shipped overnight free of charge, and picked a less expensive pair to boot, crediting my mom the difference! Today I couldn't believe it when they showed up at my door at 9:00am! Your site is amazing, and the customer service rep I talked to was awesome!!! I told my mom, and she said "I Love Zappos" and now I know why. I have only been a recipient of your shoes, but now I am a customer! I will tell everyone I know this great story, too, because it's really cool to find a company that really helps you out when you’re in a bind! Thanks Zappos!!! Sincerely, "
