"I just wanted to say how amazing I think Zappos is. I have been ordering for years and have never had the slightest problem with your service. Only once did an order I placed get somewhat "lost" in process and the Zappos customer service people were so outstanding when dealing with it. I felt so accommodated in my interactions that I forgot that there was even an issue. They kept on top of the case and sent the kindest, most personalized correspondence I have ever received. It's almost criminal that other online businesses don't come close to the quality of service that Zappos offers. Thanks so much for all those beautiful shoes and handbags!!! "
