"I've ordered product from you a couple times in the past, and always been impressed with the service you provide, both with communication of the order, and the delivery times. My latest experience with Zappos was "one for the books". On July 23rd at about 8:40pm I ordered shoes for my son. At 10:44pm I received a notice that though I ordered through standard ground, I was being upgraded to priority shipping, and that my order had already been packed! Imagine my surprise when I get home and find out that the shoes had already been delivered! Shoes paid for, order filled (correctly), packaged, shipped, and delivered in less than 24hrs later.
