The customer service representative was able to confirm the order was placed correctly and without me requesting anything, offered to upgrade my account status and to have my shoes delivered via overnight mail. She stated I would have my shoes by Friday - they were waiting for me at my door on Thursday! I wanted to thank her and your company for excellent customer service and for going out of your way to make sure the order was handled.
