"Just wanted to let you know...since I haven’t yet...I am out of my mind with your online store and can’t help but tell people all the time. I always go to other websites because of price, but always come back to you. Your customer satisfaction rating has got to be unbelievable. I keep telling people...I think Zappos knows what I’m going to order before I order it, because it seems to get here in a time frame that seems impossible. Every time. And when I had a problem it was taken care of promptly. I ordered the wrong size....my fault...no problem...send them back we'll ship the right ones out immediately. This isn’t like most of the stores that are in business today and I thank you for that. I will continue to shop at your store and spread the good word as I have been.
