"I bought a wallet from Zappos but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me so I returned it. I got a call from a customer service representative just now saying that when the warehouse, or distribution center, received it back and checked it out, they found $165.00 in it!! I had evidently put my cash in it before I decided to return it! Meanwhile, I of course questioned my kids to see if one of them had sticky fingers!! They always look so innocent, but this time, apparently they were telling the truth when they said they knew nothing about any missing money! Just wanted you to know you have some very honest people on board with you, and I am so grateful. Thanks for providing such a great shopping experience for everyone. Sincerely, "
