"I have good news for you as well. The shoes I ordered yesterday arrived by UPS this morning at about 8:30. So, before I had even had a chance to look at the email with the tracking number, I was actually wearing them. How could you improve your service? That is a great question. Shoes that arrive in less than 24 hours? No sales taxes or shipping fees? 24 hour phone line service? BEAUTIFUL shoes of every kind? Return policies that make it almost TOO easy? And you ask how you could improve your service? Short of stuffing the shoes with hundred dollar bills, I really don't see any room for improvement. I am a VERY happy customer. I have enjoyed my shopping experience with Zappos immensely and can't wait to tell my family and friends. Sincerely, "
