"My most recent experience with Zappos could not go unrecognized. I wanted to drop you a note to send my compliments. Monday night at 5:45 I ordered a pair of sneakers. Tuesday, when I returned from work, my doorman handed me a Zappos box. You can imagine my disbelief as I am not sure how this turn around time is humanly possible. In general, your selections, your website, delivery and return policies exceed expectations and, as a consumer, are the best I have encountered. Zappos truly understands their audience.
