The orders are always correct and shipping is the fastest in the business. Returning an item (or more than one item) is quick and easier than going to the local department store. You carry the highest quality products and have a greater selection than any shoe store. Incidentally, I ordered a pair of shoes (not available at Zappos) recently from a company who was far slower in getting me the merchandise and who failed to forward a return label correctly. The return process was cumbersome and the service overall was no match for what Zappos provides. I wanted to commend your entire process from online selection and purchase to packing/shipping to the customer service team during this busy season for making online shoe buying a simple and pleasant process.
