"I am constantly complaining to all who come in contact with me about the decline in customer service in the last 5 to 10 years. I am always left feeling like I pay more and receive less AND get an attitude from all those in "customer service" related jobs. Since Zappos has been so good to me, I only order from you when it comes to shoes and accessories. I also tell everyone about you when they compliment me on the shoes I am wearing. Your internet features are excellent and the service is seriously beyond belief. I wish you taught training classes to other companies. A little bit of excellent customer service goes a very long way. Thank you! "
