"Khombu Russia - Cozy and Snow Bunny Sexy, if a snow boot can be sexy! I love Khombu, they are very well made and comfortable, however I had to re-order this boot three times to finally get a pair without a mysterious white blotch on the upper portion of one of the boots, very odd yet Zappos Customer Service people handled it efficiently and without a hitch and as it turned out they were, as I knew they would be, worth the wait. Thank You Zappos for your impeccable service and speedy delivery! I won't buy my footwear anywhere else, your selection, prices, next day delivery and EZ returns are unbeatable! "
