"I was SO impressed with Zappos! I really wanted a pair of shoes I found at a store in the mall. Unfortunately, Zappos did not carry that particular shoe. I ordered it from another company on the second of August. However, I looked back over the Zappos website and found other shoes of the same brand that I really liked. I also found the brand of shoes my husband likes and has a very difficult time finding due to shoe size and style. I ordered both pairs on a Wednesday in the late afternoon. I figured since I ordered so late in the day that the order would not go through until the next day and I would receive my shoes sometime the following week. Much to my surprise I received an email the next day saying my order had been shipped. I received my order on Friday afternoon! It took two days to receive my order! The pair of shoes I had ordered from the other company was still on back order. It took 3-4 weeks to receive that order. I really appreciate the effort, convenience and incredible fast delivery that your company provides. Thank you so much! ."
