"Zappos, you are INCREDIBLE. I keep telling other online vendors that they should take a lesson from your customer service and initiative. I ordered a pair of shoes sometime late Thursday night and received them in less than 12 hours. I ordered them before I went to bed and UPS delivered them before I could drag myself out of bed the next morning. NO ONE CAN BEAT YOUR SERVICE! If you need a spokesman, call me. If you have a job opening paying megabucks to a satisfied customer, hey, you call me. Otherwise, I'm going to retire eventually and just enjoy shoes that fit and getting them faster than I can open the boxes at the local do-it-your-self store. Mark me your most enthusiastic customer (even if I don't rank among the top in expenditures- some of us have tight budgets) and mark me as someone who learned from your customer service. Could I someday meet and talk with the person who recognized that getting my order to me in less than 12 hours and paying for instant shipping both ways would create the number one internet company? I ordered 85% of my Christmas gifts online this year and none measured up to Zappos. I won't stop praising your services as long as you keep the philosophy."
