Second, I just had the best experience: I found sandals I wanted for a wedding; you were out of 12s. I signed up for "customer notification" and a few days later, I got an email that my size was in. Just a few clicks later (Zappos remembered my credit card info; I didn't even have to get up to get my wallet) the shoes were ordered. I then got an email from Zappos saying that you had upgraded my free shipping to overnight -- just being nice! (Goodness knows this has never happened before w/online shopping).
