That same day I received an email from them letting me know what my order number was and giving me a link to track my order. On 12/13/06 I checked on my order and saw that it was on hold. I sent an email to the company asking them why it was on hold, and the reply I received said that the order was on hold because the shoes were no longer available and that I should have received an email advising me of this, which I didn't.
