"First of all the service received was nothing less than stellar and the folks I dealt with on the phone were more than helpful. Even more rewarding was the fact that I spoke with a real live human being not 30 minutes of listening to a voice recording, asking me to make selection after selection. These folks really know the meaning of customer service. The product we ordered was a top quality product, and the only problem was that I did not follow the advice of others, and did not order the next whole size up. This was not a problem though because I was able to contact Zappos and they had an exchange on the way in no time at all. From start to finish dealing with Zappos was a very pleasurable experience and will definitely being doing a lot of my shopping with them in the future. Respectfully, "
