"I just wanted to tell whom ever is in charge, "I LOVE ZAPPOS!" I don't go to a shoe store anymore because Zappos has: 1) best overall variety of inventory, 2) most sizes available in a style, 3) most colors available in a style, 4)outstanding prices, and 5) consistently best customer service of any on-line vendor!!! I have a return rate of 50% or more because you never know how something is going to fit. My daughter and I both have problem feet, have had surgery, and good fitting shoes are hard to find. Thank Goodness for Zappos. I tell all my friends to stay away from the mall and just type: www.zappos.com. THANK YOU!!!"
