"In preparation for a trip, I recently ordered 4 pairs of shoes, attempting to find the best fit and most comfortable pair to use for sight-seeing adventures. After much deliberation, I have chosen a pair to keep and returned the other 3 -- but this was in no part due to any dissatisfaction or problem. I have to tell you -- I was one who said, "I could never order shoes without trying them on." But you have certainly changed that opinion. I work long hours, and I can't tell you what a relief it is to be able to order, try out (in the comfort of my home) and return shoes without making excruciating trips to the mall!
