"First off I would like to thank this company for the courteous staff they have answering the phone. My son is in a play at school and had to have yellow (yes yellow) high top Converse for his dress attire. I searched everywhere for these and guess what no yellow. My son told me to go to this website and there I found them at a very reasonable price. I called in the order on Saturday evening and by Tuesday they were here. My son ordered the wrong size so I called back and the lady was again very courteous and helpful. She e-mailed me a shipping label and I printed it off on Wednesday and sent product back and Thursday the new size was on my carport. As far as quality I'm sure he will only wear them for the play, I'm sure most sophomore guys don't wear yellow Converse to school daily but I'm sure they would last. I am more impressed with Zappos then with the shoes. Thanks for everything. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job!!! "
