"1st Experience with Zappos - I just wanted to say how great the service was at Zappos.com. Soon after I got the boots (after exchanging for a smaller size) I told my husband that the person on the phone was really nice and he did everything to help me without hesitation. That was the best customer service experience I ever had. I told my friends at work that Zappos.com was great and that the customer service was excellent. I had never shopped at Zappos.com or online before. A few weeks later, I saw the CEO of Zappos.com I believe his name was Tony and he was talking about how his main goal is customer service and I thought, yeah they were great when I called. More recently I saw him again in the Celebrity Apprentice. All I can say is great job and we can buy these products anywhere, but I will spend my money to the businesses that appreciate it and treat me fairly and nicely. Thank you for taking the time to be nice to customers even if you can't satisfy every need, just trying and being nice is most valued."
