This is my second purchase with you and every time someone asks me about your service the first word is WOW!!! LOL. I placed the order June 30 7:00 p.m and UPS is knocking on my door on July 1 6:00 p.m. with the package and two pair of shoes in excellent condition and shoes fitting to the tee. What I have to know is what is your fitness regime because at the speed and accuracy you guys move on my orders you need to enter the Olympics! Hehe. I am a 100% satisfied customer with Zappos and again WOW!!!!!!!"
