"I am sending you this e-mail in regards to your customer service at Zappos. I had ordered shoes from you in the past, but I was sent different shoes than what I had ordered. I was concerned about how this would be handled. To my surprise your customer service was great. They were very apologetic, and explained to me how it happened. They had the right shoes that I had ordered, at my house the very next day! I didn't have to return the shoes that were sent to me first before they would send me the shoes I ordered. They also had someone pick up the shoes that I needed to send back. Some people might say that the wrong shoes should not have been sent in the first place. I say isn't it nice to know that when a company does make a mistake, (doesn't everyone make mistakes) they own up to it and they make it right without any burden or inconvenience for the customer! With that being said I recently ordered another pair of shoes on Saturday and they were here on Monday! I love that there are no shipping fees. You guys are great. I just want you to know that I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know. Keep up the great work. Thank you, "
