"To whom it may concern: I have never ordered from you before, but my daughter in NYC saw some boots on your website that she liked for Christmas so she sent me the link. I ordered them late on Sunday night; got an order confirmation right away, and then a shipping confirmation yesterday and to my surprise, the boots arrived today before noon!! That means from the time I ordered to the time they arrived at my door was approx 36 hours and no charge for shipping??? How do you do it! The amazing part is I received the boots before the charge has even hit my credit cards. Great job! I'm impressed and will pass on the word! Plymouth, Michigan"
