I have heard many good comments about Zappos.com from friends and coworkers and decided to try it. I am skeptical about ordering shoes online since there is no way to try them on before buying but with your free shipping both ways, there is nothing to lose! Plus, it is a great help to read customer reviews and draw my own conclusions. Your prices are comparable with others but your service is beyond compare.
