"I was very impressed with the product and the company handling of providing service to the customer. I had ordered 2 pairs of boots. One of them was out of stock. I did not have to replace the order, and I received the boots within a day of my quiery as to how “out of stock� items were handled. I was very impressed, I recommended your company to a friend. She had to same situation as far as one of her items being out of stock. She was contacted by phone, and compensated with a 15% discount for the inconvenience. You rarely find service like that today. I rarely shop on line, but this experience was very encouraging."
