"I just wanted to tell you that you customer service lady who took my order was one of the nicest people ever! I felt like I was talking to my mom! She helped me with the very difficult job of picking a shoe for my wedding. I was very frustrated after trying on at least 20 pairs at the mall and bridal shops. Not only did she give the word service a new meaning, but she helped me find a pair of shoes. I also can't believe how fast they got here. I placed my order at 8 p.m. and they were on my doorstep when I got home the next day! WOW! I would shop Zappos again and I tell everyone how happy I am! Thanks for your help and the nice card you mailed me. If everyone had service like Zappos the world would be a much nicer place. "
