"I hope that you post my opinion in the review board because I want everyone to know how I feel about Zappos. Zappos has won my respect again. I bought a pair of Florsheim Normandy boots from Zappos one year ago. The sole got separated. I contacted Zappos for a possible remedy, not expecting any return/refund. The company apologized for the workmanship, even though it was not their fault and let me return the shoes for a full credit. I do not know how many internet companies can match Zappos business practice. I ordered a pair of "Warhol New York” boots from Zappos on a next Thursday at 8PM central time assuming that the shoes would be delivered sometime next week. To my surprise, Zappos sent me a UPS tracking number for a shipment on the very next Friday. I had no clue how did Zappos do that, but I did get the pair next day. Unbelievable! What a service and what a business practice. I love the new pair; it is extremely comfortable like other pairs that I bought from Zappos. I have told many of my friends about Zappos because this company takes the fear out of internet shoe purchases. Thanks Zappos for a wonderful service and you are my shoe store forever."
