"To Whom It May Concern, I recently placed an order for a couple pairs of new kicks and was accidentally shipped the wrong size shoes for one of the pairs. I called the number provided, spoke with a gentleman who apologized for the error. I just wanted to let someone know, because this bothers me, that no apology was necessary. Zappos shipped my order expeditiously and there was a mistake. Mistakes happen, and I greatly appreciate the way it was handled. We are all human, and humans make mistakes. People have gotten so demanding these days, I just wanted to say thanks for the way you conduct business and I appreciate everyone involved, including whomever is reading this.
