"I just had to take a minute to thank you for the excellent shipping and timeliness of my order. I bought a pair of Converse for my daughter at a local retailer only to find out when she put them on after receiving them for Christmas the wrong size was in the box! We tried to return them to the store but they of course did not have the size we needed and she needed them right away. We ordered them around 7pm at night from Zappos and received them by 11am the NEXT DAY!!! No extra postage and they were cheaper in price, too!! Thank you so much! We will be ordering many more shoes and products from Zappos from now on! Regards, "
